Welcome to the Penwortham Mills website
Bovis Homes, one of the UK’s leading housebuilders, has put together proposals to transform Penwortham Mills - a disused factory site in Penwortham, South Ribble.
The proposals are for a sustainable, mixed-use development including new homes, business space, public open space and new community facilities.
The plans were presented to the local community earlier this year at a public exhibition and via this website. Comments and feedback received from residents during the public consultation, which closed on 2 March, have been used to update the proposals and prepare the planning application.
The planning application for the redevelopment of Penwortham Mills has now been submitted and can be viewed on the South Ribble Borough Council website.
