Bovis Homes, one of the UK’s leading housebuilders, has put together proposals to transform Penwortham Mills - a disused factory site in Penwortham, South Ribble.
The proposals are for a sustainable, mixed-use development including new homes, business space, public open space and new community facilities. Please use the menu on the left to find out more about each aspect of the proposed development.
The public consultation period prior to the submission of the planning application has now closed. All feedback received during this period is now being collated and forwarded to the development team to assist them with the preparation of the planning application to be submitted in spring 2008. More information will be available at that time.
